This is a simple HIIT training timer.
HIIT is interval training with repeated high-intensity exercise and rest.
Number of sets (ROUND): 1 to 20
Exercise time (WORK): 5 to 60 seconds
Rest period (REST): 5 to 60 seconds
Simply select one of the three options above to start training immediately.
There is no function other than the timer, so please use this function when you want to concentrate on your training.
